The inclusion of the shareholder in the Promotor Group of shareholding pattern of the Company was by virtue of amalgamation of Modi Metal Udyog Pvt. Ltd. with the Company in the year 2010. Also prior to the said amalgamation, Modi Metal Udyog Pvt. Ltd. had allotted equity shares to the shareholder in the year 1995. Due to lapse of time, the Company does not have any contact with the shareholder and hence PAN is not available in the record of the Company. Consequently, the eight such shareholders in the promoter category have not dematerialised their shareholding.
